If sourcing is required, Smoove Powersports will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide an engine of comparable or better overall condition and specifications than the engine advertised, including compatibility with the year, make, and model stated in the listing. Mileage, cosmetic appearance, and other unit-specific characteristics may vary unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

If we are unable to fulfill the order within 30 days, we will contact the purchaser and offer either (1) a full refund of the amount paid for the engine or (2) the option to continue the sourcing process. If a refund is selected, the refund will constitute cancellation of the unfulfilled order.
